Bush, as quoted by Scott Johnson at "Powerline," and in the context of Blankley making the observation that the president likely didn't give regard for the disappointment his conservative base would feel with the Harriet Miers nomination.

Shades of the president's disregard for the porous borders' issue, wouldn't you say?
