THE "LOS ANGELES TIMES" STRIKES AGAIN

Maybe the "Los Angeles Times" editorial board ought to publish a fatwa discouraging its publication's writers from abusing the Catholic Church and its new Pope. I'm with Hugh Hewitt.

I get so annoyed when liberal MSM publications point to "liberal" and "progressive" Catholics in the United States and, whether its Pope Benedict, or Pope John Paul before him, argue that the Pontiff's traditional views on Church doctrine run afoul of what American Catholics are looking for from their Church.

Here's the kind of Catholics the "L.A. Times" would champion and argue that the Pope ought to cater to. But nihilism is not a faith; its an effrontery and an aberration.
