"Bubba," the giant, 23-pound, Maine lobster, whose life was spared by a seafood store, has died at the zoo in Pittsburgh that was to be his refuge after having been caught in Atlantic lobster beds last Thursday. Some conjectured his age to have been 100 years old. Makes you wonder why the lobstermen who caught him didn't just toss him back into the sea. From ocean to seafood store to zoo was more of a shell game than ol' "Bubba" could endure. By the way, ol' "Bubba" may have been a she! If so, then she'd be more like 40 years old, don't you agree?
